This extra-fine chocolate, semi-black, is elaborated by the chocolate masters through traditional methods. During the process of elaboration, the mass of liquid chocolate (“Conche”) is extended on temperate marble surfaces. This process guarantees a degustation of a wide variety of flavours of all kinds of cocoa used for this special creation. Right after, the classic shape is given in an artisanal manner to this chocolate mass.
The careful combination of cocoa from South America (Criollo, Trinitario and Forastero) gives a perfect harmony together with the ‘Fleur de Sel’ from Ibiza. This gourmet salt, picked up manually, offers to this chocolate intensely fruity a soft spicy touch.
