The Oksen Family has been preparing infused Rums since 1973 in Cap Ferret. The Rums were prepared in purest artisan tradition. In 2009, Franck Oksen decided to launch his own production.
The banana OKSEN Spiced Rum was the most difficult to put in place. Using ripe fruits coming from Equateur, this maceration gives a great sweetness to the agricultural Rum from Martinique. With a naturally sweet taste, this banana releases what comes naturally to this rich kind of fruits.
Visual aspect: yellow with greenish tints. Nose: fresh banana. Palate: sweet and flavourful. Gourmet pairings: pancake.
