It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the order quantity of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. All packages are sent via courier from our warehouse in Spain. You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address.

What if a product has arrived damaged?

We recommend checking the order at the time of delivery by the shipping agent, and record on the delivery note and sign it. Deligoods.com bear all additional travel expenses that may arise, provided that the product has not been used, altered or tampered with. You need to contact us through order AT deligoods DOT c.om within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of order, clearly indicating what the problem or reason for return. We will not accept any exchange or refund if we have not previously received notice. Deligoods will send you a new product or refund the amount.

What if the contents of the package is incorrect?

If one or more products received do not correspond with your order, we send the right products or refund the amount. Deligoods take extra transport costs to be incurred, provided that the product has not been used, altered or tampered with. You need to contact us through order AT deligoods DOT com within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of order, clearly indicating what the problem or reason for return. We will not accept any exchange or refund if we have not previously received notice.

I can return a product if I am unhappy?

If for any reason other than the above are not satisfied, may return a product. In this case, after receiving the merchandise in its original packaging and in perfect condition, proceed to refund the amount. The cost of transporting the first dispatch or collection will be taken back by the customer.
